GMS lets you get the coords from a place and put them in fields or another HTML object, you must click in the map and then click the marker (place) that just appear; if you want delete some marker, you have to double click it.

The Google Maps API provides an usefull searchbox, it can be enabled easily.

If is needed, a current place can be defined.
